Kenny Perez was born and raised in New Mexico. As the son of a local custom builder, Kenny has grown up in the business of real estate. His passion for the family business has led him to obtain his real estate license. Kenny is very active in the building process from the ground-up to the fine details of working with buyers. Kenny brings simplicity to complicated transactions with his innate ability to communicate and follow through. He believes being bilingual is a key factor when working in the new construction industry. When Kenny is not working, he enjoys traveling to car shows and spending time getting to know new places.
