Linda was born and raised in Northern California and moved to Albuquerque in 1995 where she has quickly made a name for herself in the local real estate community. In 2021, her first full year as a Realtor, Linda earned the “Rookie of the Year” award from her local firm. Linda is among Albuquerque top producers; an elite group all who sell over 30 homes each year. Linda is no stranger to challenges; she obtained her Real Estate License in 2020. With offices closed and a worldwide pandemic, she quickly realized that she would have to rely heavily on herself. Linda has found that routines, checklists and follow-through quickly became her means to excelling in the uber competitive resale market. Her negotiation and communication skills ensure that her buyers are successful in purchasing homes even while competing against dozens of offers. Linda understands and values the importance of serving and meeting the client's wants and needs and putting their best interests above all. Her organization, attention to detail, willingness to learn and determination are very important to her in helping clients sell or find their perfect home, whether it be a starter home or forever one. Linda has been married for 25 years and loves spending time and going on adventures with her three amazing daughters. She values community and helping others both professionally and personally.
